Public service is for everyone. We are committed to making this website usable by all Bustosenyos, including persons with disabilities and senior citizens.
The Municipal Government of Bustos aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, in the spirit of Batas Pambansa Blg. 344 (Accessibility Law) and RA 7277 (Magna Carta for Persons with Disability).
Accessibility features on this site
- Full keyboard navigation — every link, button, and menu is reachable with the Tab key, with a visible focus outline.
- Skip-to-content link — press Tab on load to jump straight past the menu to the main content.
- Adjustable text size — use the accessibility toolbar to enlarge text without breaking the layout.
- High-contrast mode — a one-tap toggle for readers who need stronger contrast.
- Text alternatives — meaningful images carry descriptive alt-text for screen readers.
- Filipino & English — key content is available in both languages.

Look for the accessibility button at the edge of the screen. It lets you increase or reset the text size and switch high-contrast mode on or off. Your choice is remembered on this device.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We regularly review new content and features against WCAG 2.1 AA. Some older documents (e.g. scanned PDFs) may not yet be fully accessible — if you need one in an alternative format, please contact us and we will provide it.
