Delivers primary health care — consultations, immunization, maternal and child health, and wellness programs.

Implements social protection programs for families, children, seniors, PWDs, and solo parents.

Leads disaster preparedness, emergency response, early warning, and rehabilitation across all 14 barangays.

Plans, implements, and supervises municipal infrastructure and public works projects.

Provides agricultural extension services, farm inputs, and livelihood support to farmers and fisherfolk.

Facilitates local and overseas employment, job fairs, and scholarship assistance.
